常华法师带领我们学习了地藏十轮经的总纲和第一二品。止观一日襌，也教大家怎么练习止观，观察体验呼吸和清楚知道在呼吸的不同。 包括坐上练习也有经行时练习。希望大家回家也整理一下学到的方法，有几分钟的时间就依照方法练习。

停車--温馨提示：

• 我們盡可能提供大家停車方便。

• 由于我們共修的地方位於住宅區，請大家盡量停進車道來，我們車道可以停12部車左右。

• 如果您預計會提早離開，到达后請讓我们知道以預做安排。

• 如果路邊停車，請尊重鄰居們的方便，盡量不要影響他們及郵差進出。(☆☆GA 規定郵箱前後8呎不得停車☆☆)

Parking tips:

• We will try our best to provide parking convenience for everyone.

• Since our meditation place is located in a residential area, please park in the driveway as much as possible. Our driveway can accommodate about 12 cars.

• If you plan to leave early, please let us know after arrival so that we can make arrangements in advance.

• If you park on the roadside, please respect the convenience of our neighbors and try not to affect them and the mailman. (☆☆GA stipulates that parking is not allowed within 8 feet in front of and behind the mailbox☆☆)
